The winners of Misters of Filipinas 2021 from left to right: Fourth Prince - Jearu Ed Magbuhat,- Batangas, Second Prince - Derick Allen Lauchengco - Laguna, Badim Elzein - Fili[ino Community of UAE- Winner, First Prince Junichi Yabushita - Cebu, and Third Prince - Romel Ayag - Caloocan City. The pageant was held in Silver Reef Dive Resort in Negros Oriental last Oct 31, 2021.
