The winners of Man of the Universe 2021 from left to right: Ahmed Yousif El Sherif - USA- Third Runner Up, Milan Petrovic - Serbia - Man of the Universe 2021, Ian Rowe Giron - Philippines - First Runner Up and Nasser Hassan - United Arab Emirates - Second Runner Up. The pageant was held at Double Tree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel last October 15 2021.
