Candido Torres is not new to pageant fans. In 1999, he was one of world's hunk parading in PICC for Manhunt International 1999 which went eventually to neighbor Ernesto Calzadilla of Venezuela. He won a special award in the contest ( Mr. Personality) which he treasured dearly . Two years after that , he had another title to his name Mr. Puerto Rican model 2001.
