The winners of I am Model Search International 2023 from left to right: Mico Teng Philippines - I Am Model Search International 2023 Grand Winner and Nguyen Gia Hai Duy - Vietnam. Vandave Lopez Paragas also of the Philippines was Second Runner Up. The pageant was held last January 20, 2023, at Grand Pacific Ballroom Evolve Concept Mall in Kuala Lumpur.
