The winners of Mister Star Thailand 2019 from left to right: Ponrawat Kwaenkhet - Third Runner Up (Mr. Tourism and Culture, Sakarin Kotcha - First Runner Up (Universal Ambassador), Patipan Suamakok -Mr. Star Thailand 2019- Winner (Man of the World), Aditep Aummon- Second Runner Up (Best Model of the World) and Saran Sunthon- Fourth Runner Up (Mr. Tourism Globe), The pageant was held at KBank Siam Pic Ganesha Theater in Bangkok last July 15 2019.
