The winners of Mr. Model International 2019 from left to right: Nico Asanza -Ecuador -Fourth Runner Up, Javier Garcia -Saona Island - First Runner Up, Sergio Ayala -Spain- Mr. Model International 2019 Winner,Danupong Kamda -Thailand- Second Runner Up and Jose Manuel Rosario -Puerto Rico- Third Runner Up. The pageant was held in Chiangmai Thailand last April 30 2019.
