The winners of Mr. Northern Philippines 2019 are from left to right: Xyrus Boy Cruz- Third Runner Up, Kenneth Bautista- First Runner Up, Jan Arcy Feliciano- Mr. Nothern Philippines Tourism 2019, Jefferson Castaneda - Mr. Northern Philippines 2019 -Winner, Rafik Magsano -Mr. Northern Philippines Ambassador 2019, Honhon Barbiran -Second Runner Up, and Makhros Quiambao- Fourth Runner Up. The pageant was held last March 9 2019 in Dagupan City.
