The winners of Mr. Universe Tourism 2018 are from left to right: Patrick Santillan Aceno- Second Runner Up, Mark Avila- Gentleman of the World Philippines 2018, Kelvin Aguilan - Mr. Universe Tourism Philippines 2018- Grand Winner, Keanu Fernando- Man of the Year Philippines 2018, Christian Villarin- Mr. Imperial Universe Philippines 2018, and Miggy Uchimura- First Runner Up. The pageant was held at Carlos P. Romulo Theater, RCBC Building last October 16, 2018.
