The winners of Man of the World 2018 from left to right: -Thailand- Fourth Runner Up, Clint Karklins- Philippines- First Runner Up, Cao Xuan Tai- Vietnam- Man of the World 2018- Winner, Bjorn Camilleri- Malta- Second Runner Up and Ondrej Valenta- Czech Republic- Third Runner Up. The pageant was held at Fil-oil Flying V Arena in San Juan last July 14 2018.
