In preparation for the grand coronation night on July 14, 2018, pre-show activities for the Man of the World candidates are in full swing. Representatives of the 30 or so countries participating in the main event are here in the Philippines to compete for the title of Man of the World 2018

The boys visited several places of interest like the Resorts World manila, the  National Museum of Fine Arts where they have a glimpse of Philippine history,  and the Dessert Museum where they become kids once again. went as far as Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, and Angono Rizal for the pre-pageant activities. Before leaving to check out the beautiful places in the country, they took time to do school tours, and had a photo op with students ... more of a greet and meet type of experience. As expected pandemonium broke loose as students took this opportunity and had a free for all to pinch, embrace and have pictures taken from their favorites.

This year ... the formal wear and casual wear, the talent, resort wear, swimsuit and summer wear competitions were held at different venues. As part of the competition, winning candidates were awarded gold, silver and bronze medals, which will then be tallied.

The contestants of Man of the World 2018 on July 11 had a taste of Filipino culture at the Pantabangan Lake. They were welcomed "festival" style with cultural dancers and bands. They had a taste of sweet Filipino delicacies, too, and the highlight of the day ... they also played Filipino street games like breaking the pot (pinata), Luksong Tinik, Tumba Lata and Palosebo. And basing from their faces, they enjoyed the games ... it was the time for them to get the KID out of the man's body.
They were also treated to a sumptuous FIlipino cuisine lunch before getting wet in the lake for some water sports. To cap the day, they participated in a tree planting activity before heading back to Highland Bali Villas, Resort and Spa to prepare for the Mayor's Night.
