The winners of Mr. Grand Philippines 2018 from left to right: Danes Roner Cruz- First Runner Up, Mark Paul Espelita- Mr. Model of the World Philippines 2018, David Simon Reyes- Mr. Grand Philippines 2018, Kerr Michael Cruz -Mister Tourism Ambassador Philippines 2018 and Alfredo Godinez- Second Runner Up. The pageant was held was held at Crossroad Center in Quezon City last June 2, 2018.
