The winners of Mr. Gay Espana 2017 from left to right: Marcos Ruiz- Viscaya -First Runner Up, Ricardo Tacoronte- Tenerife -Mr. Gay Espana 2017, Cain Herriguez- Maspalomas- Second Runner Up. The pageant was held last June 302017 at Puerta del Sol in Madrid.
