The winners of Mr. Lebanon 2016 from left to right: Kevin Martine- Third Runner Up. Bilal Zaweel- Second Runner Up, Paul Iskandar- Mr. Lebanon 2016- Winner, and John Srour- First Runner Up. The pageant was held August 19 at La Salle Des Ambassadeurs at Casino Du Liban.
