Paolo Lester Caballero: The Early Bird

Birds often feed on worms. They go out of their nests in search of worms early in the morning. But the earliest bird usually gets most of the worms. Thats what I saw in Paolo Lester Caballero. After he was given a task like this interview he grab it right away, and without batting an eyelash he wrestled and made himself in the forefront.. A bird that goes out late would not get even a single worm as the other birds might have finished them off.

Similarly, a person who is always late in doing his duties may not get the full benefit of them. Just like joining Misters of Pilipinas 2015 . It is always better to do duties in the right and proper time. Postponing them to another day or some other time may rob you of the
benefits. In all matters, latecomers are often dejected. Those who go first will be served first. Getting up early in the morning and starting our work is the best way to keep ahead of others.

We asked Paolo Lester Caballero seven questions ... and this is what he has to say!

Question 1: Introduce yourself. Who made the decision that you will join in this contest: Your manager ... your parents ... or yourself.
Answer: Hello! I am Paolo Lester Adriano Caballero, 25 years old, six feet in height and 75 kilograms in weight.  I am the eldest sibling in my family. I live in Barangay Bangkal City of Malolos Bulacan. I graduated at La Consolacion University Philippines as BS Accountancy. Who decided that I will join Misters of Pilipinas 2015 ? ... I myself did this decision.

Question 2: What do you like most about yourself?
Answer:  What I like most about myself is my instinct! My instinct never fails me. My instinct then becomes a factor in whatever decisions I make.

Question 3: What talent or skills do you have that makes you different from the rest of the candidate?
Answer: Honestly I don't have any extraordinary skills and talent that will make me different from other candidates. But don't get me wrong, I am a fast learner.  Teach me the basics ... and I will do that for you.

Question 4: What is success to you?
Answer: Success to me is when you caught me smiling in my sleep ... what could be more successful than having a peaceful and a stress-free night!

Question 5: What sacrifices did you make joining this pageant?
Answer: I sacrifice the opportunity to have a regular job. A job can wait ... but this one is
an opportunity waiting to happen!

Question 6: Who would you want to convince that you deserved a WIN in this pageant: The Board of Judges ... or the audience?
Answer: The audience ... I want myself tattoed in their minds and hearts that I am a deserving candidate.

Question 7: How do you see yourself ten years from now?
Answer: Ten years from now? I want to see myself successful - a model who always has a smile in his sleep.

Full of wit ...  huh? Let's see if other candidate can top ... if not surpass this one! To Paolo Lester continue catching the worms. One day soon, this worms will become butterflies. Good job!
