Mr. Joven Venezuela 2009 was Juan Ramos of Distrito Capital. This pageant was only on its second edition but they can brag and be proud of the record they made last year when Carlos P. became Mr. Seaworld 2008 and Yuri Slibe was crowned Mr. Model Of The Universe 2008.
