Rabih Jalkh was first runner up to Abdel Rahman Balaa at the Mr. Lebanon 2009-2010 held at Regency Palace last November 1st and was hosted by MTV personality Youmma Sherri. A lot of celebrities came, including the Minister of Tourism.Here's the recap of the pageant ... the winner of Mr. Lebanon 2009-2010 was Abdel Rahman Balaa, Rabih Jaikk-first runner up, Elie Sader- 2nd runner up, Marcelino Gebrayel -3rd Runner up and Mr. Friendship, Michel Sarkis- 4th runner up and Mr. Photogenic.
