Micah Muñoz, a new face in the entertainment industry, was discovered by the Maricel Pangilinan, sister-in-law of Genesis Entertainment and management Inc. big boss, Angeli P. Valenciano.
It was easy for Micah to impress Angeli simply because he has a resemblance to Gabriel, one of the good-looking sons of Gary and Angeli.
Micah, who hails from Bacolod, invades Manila with a purpose— to study and simultaneously land a showbiz career. He is busy between his showbiz schedules and studies at San Beda College where he is third year in Marketing and Communication Technology. This curly haired guy stands at 5'8", has dusky complexion who loves acting and dancing that could give idol, Gary V a run for his money.
Micah's favorite sport is ultimate frisbee— Monday to Thursday in San Lorenzo, Saturday and Sunday find him at the Fort or Manila Polo Club. Sometimes, he goes to a driving range to hit a few balls, and of course, auditioning up to now in whatever search that may suit his talent.
Micah, whose name was taken from the Bible, means one who is like God. To date, he has done a number of TV commercials like for STI-TVC and billboards for Globe Telecoms, Chippy, Jolibee, Cadbury, Mitsubishi, Block and White. As an actor, he has wound up with a feature film, "Boyfriend Seat" for Carlo Ledesma.
